Triyou CARES believes that we are able to strengthen and support our youth when we come together and provide safe spaces for them to grow and share how they are feeling and modeling the importance of honest communication about the stress and anxieties we all face. Our programming is built by individuals that serve from the heart and work with hands of compassoion. You are welcome to join us through prayer, physically service or financial donations.
Triyou Afterschool
Children are Stressed is a after school program that teaches our children how to recognize and verbalize feelings of stress and anxiety. With the help of mentors, Instructors and health and wellness professionals . We provide programming and activities to reduce stress and anxiety and encourage communication. Held in the Triyou Kids space we serve trumbull county youth kindergarten through 2nd grade. Programming is held Tuesday through Thursday. We offer homework assistance, exercise and family programming. Transportation is pending this programming is funded in part by the Trumbull County Mental Health and Recovery Board
Summer RETREAT
The Summer RETREAT is a 12 week summer program where children come together to participate in activites that include reading, exercise, technology, relaxation, educational support, art and group therphy. this program teaches our children how to recognize and verbalize feelings of stress and anxiety. With the help of mentors, Instructors and health and wellness professionals . We provide programming and activities to reduce stress and anxiety and encourage communication. Programming is held Monday through Friday. this programming is funded in part by Triyounity, the Trumbull County Mental Health and Recovery Board, Trumbull Community Action Program, Trumbull Metropolitan Housing and community donations.
PROMISE Program
The PROMISE program is designed to Provide Recourses, Opprotunities, Mentoring, Instruction, Support and Encouragement to families dealing with the stress of having currently or previously incarcerated loved ones. This program is free and confidential. We are commited to families in Trumbull County with youth up to age 18. We offer family and youth Support groups. We connect families with community programs and resources We assist with social, emotional and educational needs of children. we offer stress and anxiety reducing classes and activities. Triyou Family Programming
Beginner Line dancing Tuesdays 5:30 pm Sewing Classes every 2nd Tuesdays 10:30 am to 3 pm every 1st and 3rd Thursday 6 to 8 pm Family fun events to be scheduled
